Delivery times

Order receipt

Returns

Deadline for returning a product
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return, without needing to justify the reason.
Conditions for accepting returns
- The product must be in perfect condition , without signs of use, with its original packaging and all its accessories included.
- The refund will be issued once the product has been received and its condition verified.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for refurbished or second-hand products
Many of the items available at La Curiosa are restored, unique or second-hand products , carefully selected for their decorative value and special character.
Due to their unique nature, these products cannot be returned for change of mind , except in the case of a hidden defect not previously specified.
This condition is clearly stated before finalizing the purchase and is in accordance with current regulations.
Return shipping costs
The costs arising from the return shipment are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective product or error on the part of La Curiosa .
Procedure for returning a product
- Write to contacto@galerialacuriosa.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with the return address and the steps to follow.
- Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days using the same payment method.
Damaged or defective product
If you notice that your order has arrived damaged or with unspecified defects, please report it within 24 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the product and packaging. Our team will assess the case and address the issue as quickly as possible.
Guarantees

New products
